You have to click notifications on AND you have to interact with the page (click like or comment on a post every now and again) if you want the groups posts to show up in your feed.Im interested in a free user g roup for anyone who uses TruEmbroidery software.
Those considering purchasing TruEmbroidery are welcome to join as well. Id like a more relaxed area for open discussion, including perhaps a monthly or quarterly Google hangout (or some such). I have no intention of gathering money, filling out 501c-3 nonprofit papers, tax filings and the like. We should spread the word, get folks to join us (it is FREE) and plan to decide more details of how we operate by the group itself discussing and voting in January. We may choose to have a page for ads as some of you may develop better training materials or offer classes. We cant solve business ethics at a global level here (were about the software). The list would be kept on Google docs and anyone joining the group will have to agree to keep it private. As we move along we should include date reported to TruE software support and comments from them. There are always a cluster of folks who want someone to walk them through every detail or think a business owner must share every earned bit of business knowledge they have with the person who wants to do the exact same as them (and therefor cut into their business). Weve all probably seen someone try to slam a business owner on Facebook who didnt answer every how did you do thatwhere did you get that question posted to them. Truembroidery™ Software ® How To Make ThisId like everyones ideas on how to make this a safe place for knowledgeable business folks and newer users as well. Truembroidery™ Software ® Plus Training OnTruembroidery™ Software ® Full Digitizing TrainingRight upfront Ill say folks should read their user guides and make some effort to learn the software, the user group is not a replacement for full digitizing training plus training on all software modules. We will all need to keep in mind there are those who wish to make a living from the software and those who dabble in it as a hobby only. If youre interested in joining, just add your email to the box on the upper right of this page, join the Google community TruEmbroidery Users Group or leave a comment on this post. Im thinking of just collecting comments and thoughts with perhaps a Google hangout for us all to say hi sometime in January. To find out more, including how to control cookies, see here.
